phpjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one active phpjl account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. phpjl uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. phpjl is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure.
phpjl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued gameplay. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by phpjl may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpjl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phpjl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phpjl support immediately. phpjl is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
All deposits on phpjl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phpjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are generally credited to your phpjl account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. phpjl does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
phpjl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phpjl aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes once approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
phpjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where phpjl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these terms, or where a regulatory investigation is ongoing.
All transactions on phpjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings under applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to obligations under the National Internal Revenue Code. phpjl does not provide tax advice and recommends that you consult a qualified tax professional regarding your individual obligations.
phpjl does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment channels listed in your account dashboard.
phpjl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise. phpjl reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
phpjl actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, phpjl reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
Each game category on phpjl — including Poker, Jackpot Bingo, Double Fortune, E-Sports, Sports Events, Bet, and Diving — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to this Agreement.
All phpjl games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been tested and approved in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by phpjl, its employees, or any third party. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, phpjl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
phpjl reserves the right to suspend or cancel any game, event, or market at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or any other integrity concern. In such cases, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phpjl content without prior written consent from phpjl. Unauthorized use of phpjl intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpjl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
phpjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpjl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpjl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpjl will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You may close your phpjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
phpjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) phpjl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) phpjl reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) phpjl ceases to operate the platform in your jurisdiction. Where an account is closed due to a breach by you, phpjl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
phpjl operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by phpjl may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
phpjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phpjl will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phpjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
